MIRROR
Project Background
Mirror started back in 1994 as a clothing store targeting an audience looking for cheap clothing for any occasion, similar to Old Navy and H&M. Their main ideal is to make any type of clothing accessible to everyone and to lower their costs. Mirror is very successful offline with over 3 stores around HCMC, Vietnam.
They are very late in the game for a digital transformation. They decided a few years back to not invest in digital because they preferred keeping the service in person. However, the opportunity for sales is huge online, and the behavior is rapidly mainstreaming. Customers have been asking about it for years, citing its convenience and arguing that if they can’t find their size in the shop, they always order clothing online from other stores. Mirror has also acknowledged the fact that they have plenty of remaining inventory in their warehouses that is very difficult to move if there’s only a few pieces left, for which online selling would be great.
Goals
Communicate about the huge sale Mirror's having to clear out all of their remaining inventory before moving online.
They are looking for a flyer and a poster that will communicate the sale, as well as a brochure that will communicate their new business model, which is that they will now exist entirely online.
